Pamla Allen Baden, 64, of Satsuma passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Putnam Community Medical Center in Palatka.

Pamla was born and raised in Jacksonville and had been a resident of Satsuma for the past 20 years, coming from Jacksonville. She was a 1973 graduate of Englewood High School in Jacksonville. She had been employed as a cashier by Walmart in Palatka for the past 16 years. Previously she had worked at J.C. Penney and Eckerd’s in Palatka. She enjoyed bowling, softball, gardening, and fishing. She loved her family very much, including her husband, children, siblings, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her father, Wesley Allen, Sr.; her mother, Lottie Null; and a brother, Robert Wesley Allen, Jr.

Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Randy Baden of Satsuma; two daughters and son-in-law, Lisa Baden of St. Augustine and Kelly and Charles Ferguson, Jr. of Satsuma; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Darlene and Dave Darwick of Palm Coast and Becky and Jeff Uhlrich of Valdosta, GA; four grandchildren and spouse, Vanessa and Austin Moon of Jacksonville, Kylie Wall of Jacksonville; Cayden Ferguson of Satsuma; and Corde’ Ferguson of Satsuma; one great grandchild, Marcus Robinson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be 4:00 p.m. Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Masters Funeral Home in Palatka with Pastor David Hill officiating. The family will begin receiving friends one hour prior to the service.
